It is an easy hack if you can’t go braless or you can’t access boob lifting tape. Here are the steps on how to make a bra out of duct tape for rocking that dress you want:
- Start by cleaning the area that the duct tape will roll on using rubbing alcohol as this will help it sit better and for longer.
- If you have disposable pasties, stick them on your nipple area to protect it from the stickiness of the duct tape. If you don’t have pasties, then some cotton wool or pieces of fabric will work.
- Start taping from your underboob and bring it up to your shoulders. Ensure that the tape breasts for wedding dress are lying flat on your body without any bumps.
- Your breast should look upright and firm but make sure that it is comfortable. You shouldn’t experience any pinching and painful pulling.
- Do the same for the other boob.
Please remember that this should not be an everyday practice as duct tape can irritate your skin. You will be better off using fashion tape if this is going to be a frequent habit. It is only for those days you want to wear a backless dress without a bra and don’t have another option. Do not apply duct tape on broken skin or if you have had surgery done recently.
