How to Duct Tape Your Belly Fat

  • Put on the shirt that you don’t mind losing and a bra. Make sure it fits with a little loose fabric; if it has extra material, make a fold and pin it toward the inside to ensure it’s smooth as possible.
  • Wrap yourself with tape. You can do it yourself or seek help. Wrap the tape tightly but not to the point you are uncomfortable. Make sure you keep the tape even and smooth. You can wrap horizontally or lay vertical strips.
  • With much care, cut the corset off. Top-down might be more comfortable alone, while bottom-up, you may require some help. Be careful to avoid cutting the undergarments or yourself.
  • Trim off a half-inch to an inch on either side, following the garment curve, so it cinches in when you tie it.
  • Spread out the corset and lay vertical strips of the tape over it to smooth out any rumples. You will feel a smooth tummy under the dress.

You may add extra 3- layers of the tape.

You can use the corset as an underbust or overbust according to the desired height you will cut.

  • Use a tape to add some design, fold along the edges with a contrasting color to make the finishing neat.
